Today at the grocery store, I was standing in an aisle holding a short tub of layer dip. There was salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and refried beans. Before I was holding this dip, I was looking and holding a similar layer dip and a square container that was bigger. I put it down. I noticed the other dip, and I picked it up.

I looked at it, then I looked away

and I was holding the square dip. It changed in my hand. Then I went to put the square dip down with the other square dips. There was no room. The top dip was almost touching the very top of the shelf. It didn't belong. I think this is the first time in my whole life that this has ever happened to me. The short tub of layer dip changed right in my hands.

There was a glitch in reality, and I still have no idea what it means.

Please move your bean dip to the area.

A reality tunnel is a belief system that influences your reality. Here are some exercises to change your reality tunnel. Start collecting evidence that your phone is bugged. Everybody gets a letter. Occasionally that is slightly damaged. Assume that someone is opening your mail and clumsily resealing it.

If you don't have a baby or haven't had one for many years, play with someone else's baby for an hour. Then re-listen to this podcast. Get high on marijuana if this is permissible to your superego. Or on ginseng, which is legal everywhere and recommended by many holistic physicians, or on whatever you'd like.

And then go to a health spa. Enjoy a good swim, a massage, and a sauna. Whenever you meet a young person, ask yourself consciously, if it came to hand-to-hand combat, could I beat them? Then try to determine how much of your behavior is based on unconsciously asking and answering that question. Try living a whole week believing everybody likes me and tries to help me achieve all my goals.

Try living a whole month believing. I have chosen to be aware of this particular reality. Try living one day believing I am God, playing it. Being human. I create every reality I notice. Try living forever, believing everything works out more perfectly than I plan it. Everything works out more perfectly than the planet
