In my former life, I spent years creating DIY projects that incorporated a wide range of artist mediums, including musical performances, storytelling, comedy, and animation, all within the thriving art scene of Los Angeles.

Since pivoting to the podcasting industry in 2019, I have focused on creating high-quality content through my company, Newman Media.
With years of experience editing audio, I have honed my ability to tell a compelling story and create immersive soundscapes that transport listeners into new worlds.

My first production, "Deep Healing with Greg Barris," was an experimental comedy podcast with fully sound-designed episodes launched in August 2022. It was a unique and award-winning creation, recognized by industry professionals as a winner in the "weird" category of the first annual Signal Awards.

I host a show called "Tell Me A Ghost Story," where people from all over the world call in to share ghost stories. It is currently the fastest-growing show on the Scary. FM network.
