In my former life, I spent years creating DIY projects that incorporated a wide range of artist mediums, including musical performances, storytelling, comedy, and animation, all within the thriving art scene of Los Angeles.

Since pivoting to the podcasting industry in 2019, I have focused on creating high-quality content through my company, Newman Media.
With years of experience editing audio, I have honed my skills in finding the right interview subjects to tell a compelling story and creating immersive soundscapes that transport listeners into new worlds.

 My first production, "Deep Healing with Greg Barris," was an experimental comedy podcast with fully sound-designed episodes that launched in August 2022. I currently co-host, write "Scary Mystery Surprise," a supernatural comedy podcast for the Scary FM network. I recently launched a new show called "Tell Me A Ghost Story," where people from all over the world call in to share ghost stories, which is currently the fasting growing show on the network.

My work has been recognized by industry professionals as a winner in the "weird" category of the first annual Signal Awards for "Deep Healing with Greg Barris." 

 It's an exciting time, there is so many new shows on the way that I can't wait to share with you.
