This is Deep Healing with Greg Baris, brought to you by Newman Media.

I take your shoes off and help you sit. I bring you a bowl of water and a towel, and I wash your feet. I clean my hands and place rose water on your cheeks. I ask your permission to give you a compliment, and you say, yes. You are so beautiful. Thank you. I wash your hands with a fresh towel. Thank you for letting me wash your hands.

Your hands are clean and now so are mine.

Let's take a few moments and tidy up our room. Find a couple of things that you can quickly put into a laundry hamper, make into a pile, clean up or throw away. Here's a song. You can do that too.

Wow. Spotless.

I like a bathroom that has paper towels. I don't want an air dryer. I wanna take a paper towel and flush the toilet. I wanna take a paper towel and turn the sink on, then wash my hands, then dry them with a paper towel, then turn the sink. Sink off with a paper towel. Then open the door handle with a paper towel.

I wanna take a paper towel and put it in my pocket and take it home. I wanna take the paper towel and rub my cheeks with it and rub my neck with it. I wanna rub the bottom of my jaw with the paper towel. And pat my forehead and put it in my pocket as I go to sleep. And then in the morning, I take out the paper towel and as the sun is rising, it comes from behind the paper towel.

And I look at the paper towel with the sun pouring through it, and the paper towel looks at me in the eyes and I say, you are so beautiful.
