Indeed. This is Deep Healing with Greg Barris, brought to you by Neuman Media. Okay, are y'all ready to exercise? Get on your purple spandex and pull up your leg warmers. Here we go. Exercising is for the whole family. So if you have family members around, even a dog or a parrot or some type of tarantula in an aquarium, get them out now and bring them into the living room so we can all exercise together, because a family that he exercises together lives forever. Okay, let's exercise. What's exercise? No, we all know what it is. Okay, great, I don't have to explain it at all. Exercise now. Remember before we begin, you must breathe properly, So go ahead. Breathe in, now, breathe out. You're ready to exercise. Five minutes of exercise a day has been proven to do all kinds of things by science. Science. Some people claim they've been living forever thanks to exercise. Hexercise saved my merriage. I fed it did. Exercise saved my village. That's right. What is hexercise? We already know perfect, then I don't have to explain it. Exercise. But most of all, have fun and enjoy yourselves, because that's what exercising is all about, and bringing to you that which would exercise. Let's quickly do five sets of I have so much money. Now, I have so much money. Now up higher, I have so much money. Now reach for the ceiling. I have so much money now, and I'll touch your toes. So much money. Now exercise, Yes, one more time, but with meaning. I have so much money. Now. Now squeeze your burrito. Five four three two one. Great job. Exercise. Now stick your arms out to the side and you're doing little circles of power that are shooting from your fingers and five four three two one. Now stand like your uncle. Now stand like your uncle, standing like your owse. Now stand tall like your ancestors, and scream into your own mind through their mouths in the past one two three three two exercise. Okay, Now run in place slowly and keep your hands up and do the little little jogging hands each time you're running. And go, and I'll say to yourself, I am healed. Now, I am healed. Now, I am healed. Now, I am healed. Now, I am healed. Now I am healed now five four three two one great job, but make sure those bottoms are real tight. Okay, Now turn your head to the left. Now turn your head to the right. Now put your head right in the center, look forward and scrunch your eyes and clench your internal workins. And you're gonna do five sets of exploding your enemies five four, three two one exercise. Really great work. Now take a deep breath. Now let's cool down. Let's do some slow head rolls. Real good. Now head roll to the right. Yeah, take it easy, don't rush at hey, slow down. Now head roll to the left. That's good exercise. Now take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh. That's great. Thanks for exercising with us today. Do y'all feel great? Yeah? Remember you don't have to be a full blood wizard to enjoy exercising.
